28.10.2012 - Börcs (H) - Mezinárodní mistrovství maďarska v coursingu, CACL, CACIL

Celkově se sice závodu neúčastnilo velké množství psů, nicméně kategorie barzojů byla jednou z těch lépe zastoupených. Dalšími byli tradičně silní Whipeti, Saluki a také Magyar Agar. Pokud jde o barzoje, přihlášeno bylo celkem 8 jedinců, 4 kluci a 4 holky. Pokud bych měl jmenovat – Belató Bella, Derzosth Mraja, Dober-Kopp Africa Express, Zoolander Buran of Little Warrior, Dostigaj Bolsego Mraja a Alanoble En Vert Amadeus a naše dvě holky. Všichni tito jedinci mají za sebou minimálně jeden velmi úspěšný závod a všichni běhají relativně stabilně a spolehlivě, tudíž relativně silná konkurence. Naše holky jsou po hárání a tak jsme si to jeli jen užít. Nevím, jaký klíč použili organizátoři pro nasazení do prvního (a jediného) kola, nicméně vždy běžel jeden kluk a jedna holka. Rozdělení bylo následující – Calinka x Amadeus; Bolš x Bella; Africa x Derzosth a nakonec Buran x Šiš. Calinka šla tedy na start, spolu s Amadeem, jako první barzojové. Bohužel se Calince hned na začátku stalo, že předběhla návnadu a následně špatně odhadla směr, kam byla návnada tažena, čímž se dostala do velké ztráty a zbytek běhu už jen zmatkovala a sledovala Amadea z povzdálí. Obdobně dopadla i druhdy vynikající Bella. Běh Africa a Derzosth byl třikrát restartován kvůli přetržení návnady a dalším technickým problémům. Oba dva si zaslouží obdiv, že i tak byli schopni a ochotni vždy znovu odstartovat a štvát návnadu dál, hodně jiných psů by to nedokázalo! A nakonec nejhezčí barzojí běh předvedli, nejen podle mého názoru, naše Šiš a Buran. Jak jsem již uvedl, Šiš byla bez kondice a přesto předvedla výkon, který byl po zásluze ohodnocen rozhodčími jako nejlepší barzojí výkon a dokonce i jako nejlepší výkon dne (spolu s famózním whipetem – Gordon Isis Wind).

Oproti naší poslední účasti na závodě v Maďarsku lze říci, že se organizace zlepšila, nicméně zbývá doladit pár detailů. Výsledkově jsme nadmíru spokojeni a to, že Šiš dosáhne na další mistrovský titul, jsme absolutně nečekali. Nakonec tedy jen naše poděkování organizátorům za příjemně strávený den.

(EN) So, we went to Hungary once again after more than a year. Personally, I was very curious firstly about entirely new terrain and secondly about how the organization will work. After all, our last experience with this organization team was not entirely positive. However, reports from the last race spoke very positively. We had enrolled Šiš and Calinka for the race. Bri and Žofa came as sparring partners for license runs.

The race was held on a new terrain near the village Börcs close to Györ. I really liked the terrain and also the track, built on it, was very nice. Although the facilities were weaker, but otherwise perfectly adequate and if there wouldn’t be the cold wind, even the natural toilet won’t bother anyone. ;) It should also be noted that the entire race was highly influenced by technical problems, which unfortunately forced organizers to make only one round. Another fact, which had a great influence on this, was the delay of several competitors, for whom the organizers waited with start.

Overall participation was not huge; however borzoi category was one of the better represented. Others were traditionally strong Whippets, Salukis and Magyar Agars. Regarding the Borzoi; there were registered a total of 8 individuals, 4 boys and 4 girls. Namely - Belató Bella, Derzosth Mraja, Dober-Kopp Africa Express, Zoolander Buran of Little Warrior, Dostigaj Bolsego Mraja, Alanoble En Vert Amadeus and our two girls. All of these individuals have had at least one very successful race and they run all relatively stably and reliably, and thus the competition were relatively strong. Our girls were after being on heat so we came just to enjoy. I do not know which key the organizers used for the nominations to the first (and the only) round, but it was always one boy and one girl. Distribution was as follows - Amadeus x Calinka; Bella x Bolsh; Derzosth x Africa and finally Buran x Šiš. So, Calinka together with Amadeus went to start as the first borzois. Unfortunately it happen to Calinka that she overtook the bait at the very beginning and then she misjudged the direction in which the bait was pulled, which brought her in large loss and the rest of the track she just run in panic and watched Amadeus from a distance. Similar happened to Bella whom was pretty excellent in the past. Run of Africa and Derzosth was three times restarted due to breakage of cord and other technical problems as well. Both of them deserve admiration, because they were always able and willing to re-start and chase the bait again, a lot of other dogs would fail under such circumstances! And finally, the best Borzoi run showed, not only in my opinion, our Šiš and Buran. As I have said, Šiš was out of condition but still showed performance that was deservedly rated by judges as the best Borzoi performance, and even the best performance of the day (along with fabulous Whippet - Gordon Isis Wind).

Compared to our last participation on the race in Hungary, we can say that the organization has improved, but few details remains fine-tune still. We are very satisfied with the results and we can say that we didn’t expect that Šiš will reach for another champion title. So, finally, we must thanks to the organizers for a pleasant day.
