(CZ) Letošní sezona pro náš pokračovala coursingem v Rakousku v prostředí tyrolských Alp v Inzingu. Erika byla pozvána jako rozhodčí pro všechna plemena kromě Barzojů a Italských chrtíků, takže jsme to mohli pojmout skoro jako výlet. Vzhledem ke zkušenostem z posledních závodů jsme neměli žádná vysoká očekávání ohledně dosažených výsledků a jen jsme doufali, že se naši barzojové nezraní a neudělají nám ostudu a že Piškot potvrdí svou výkonnost, tentokrát měl dokonce dva další soupeře!
Samotný závod byl zorganizován, pod taktovkou Helge a Olgy Kronsteiner, kvalitně a na úrovni, bez zbytečných prodlev a jakýchkoli administrativních či technických zádrhelů. Zároveň ale nenabídl žádné další vedlejší aktivity, které by z něj udělali něco jako velkou společenskou událost (jako tomu bylo o týden později v Polsku). Také zázemí, mimochodem velmi luxusní a pěkné, bylo bohužel poměrně značně vzdáleno od samotné trati. V tomto případě to však bylo velmi pochopitelné, protože poblíž luxusní klubovny není vhodný prostor a opačně, poblíž coursingové louky není moc možností vybudovat, byť dočasné, zázemí. Takže po snídani následoval přesun k trati, po prvním kole zpět do klubovny, pak na druhé kole opět k trati a naposledy na vyhlášení zpět do klubovny.
Do závodu jsme měli přihlášeny naše barzojí kluky, Žofku a italáka Piškota. Šiška začala na tomto coursingu s plněním jiných než závodních úkolů a ujala se role předběžce a ve druhém kole sparinga pro plnění licence. V prvním kole Barzojové předvedli ve valné většině jen průměrné výkony a tak jsem byl více než zvědavý na kolo druhé. Průběžné výsledky prvního kola byly pro nás velmi milým překvapením. Mladý Aradko a Piškot byly ve svých kategoriích ve vedení! Piškot jen o jeden bod, ale i tak nám toto dávalo velkou naději na solidní celkový výsledek. V závěru se sice ukázalo, že oba kluci se propadli o jedno místo a skončili celkově druzí, nicméně musím uznat, že toto hodnocení bylo naprosto objektivní. Aradko běžel obě kola se stejnou soupeřkou a v obou případech byl o maličko lepší, ale ve druhém kole, ve zcela jiném běhu předvedla perfektní a toho dne nejlepší barzojí výkon fenka Stepun's Dayka Domnika. I když bych rád také vyzdvihl společný výkon našeho Aglara a jeho soupeřky z druhého kola Stepun's Anfisa, kteří jako jediní, oba dva proběhli celou trať a nezkrátili si jí v úvodní pasáži. U Piškota jsme byli zvyklý na to, že stále vyhrává a dnes jsme museli uznat, že jsme potkali soupeře, psa Carlos Spirit of Summer, který byl lepší a zaslouženě vyhrál! Nicméně výsledky našeho týmu hodnotím pozitivně a se dvěma druhými místy jsem opravdu spokojen. Největší radost tak mám z mladého Arada, jehož výkony mají stoupající tendenci a začínají se stabilizovat.
Zbývá tedy už jen poděkovat Helge za pohostinnost a dobře odvedenou práci při organizaci a pak také všem účastníkům za bezkonfliktní a klidný průběh celé akce.
(EN) We continued this season on coursing in Austria in the beautiful scenery of the Tyrolean Alps in Inzing. Erika was invited as a judge for all breeds except Borzoi and Italian Greyhounds, so we enjoyed it as trip. Given the experience of the last races we had any expectations regarding the achieved results and we just hoped that our borzois don’t get hurt and make shame and that Piškot will confirm his performance, this time he had even two other opponents!
The race was organized, under the leadership of Helge and Olga Kronsteiner, quality and on good level, without any unnecessary delay and any administrative or technical hitch. But at the same time it did not offered any other side activities which could make the event something like a big social event (as it was a week later in Poland). Also the facilities, by the way, very nice and luxurious, were unfortunately quite far from the track itself. In this case it was very understandable because close enough to the luxurious clubhouse are not any suitable space and vice versa. There is not much possibilities how to build sufficient facilities on the coursing field. So after the breakfast move everyone had to move the track, after the first round back to the clubhouse, then before the second round again back to the track and finally for the ceremony back to the clubhouse.
We had entered for the race our Borzoi boys, Žofka and IGs sprinter Piškot. Šiška started to fulfill other tasks than racing on this coursing meaning forerunner and sparring partner on license run in second round. The performance that Borzoi showed in the first round was just ordinary, so, I was more than curious what they going to show in the second round. Ongoing results of the first round were a very pleasant surprise for us. Young Aradko and Piškot were in the lead in their categories! Piškot just one point ahead, but even so this gave us great hope for a good final result. It happened in the end that both boys had dropped one position down in final results but I have to admit that this result was absolutely objective and from my perspective correct. Aradko ran both runs with the same rival and in both cases he was a little bit better, but in the second round, in a completely different run showed perfect and in the fact the best Borzoi performance of the day bitch Stepun's Dayka Domnika. Although I would like to highlight the joint performance of our Aglar and his opponent in the second round Stepun's Anfisa, it was the only pair whom ran through the whole track and did not truncated it in the introductory passage. We were used to Piškot is always winning but today we had to admit that there was a better runner in this category, dog named Carlos Spirit of Summer, who was simply better and absolutely deservedly won! However, I would like to evaluate the results of our team very positively and I would like to say that I am really satisfied with two second places. I have the greatest joy from result of our Arad whose performance has increasing tendency and starts to stabilize.
Therefore it remains only to thank Helge for hospitality and a well done job as organizer and then also to all the participants for conflict-free and peaceful progress of the event.
