14.7.2012 - Ivanka pri Nitre (SK) - Velka cena Ivanky pri Nitre

(CZ) Tuto sobotu jsme se zúčastnili dostihu v Ivanke při Nitre – Velká cena Ivanky při Nitre. Dostih nebyl organizován dle pravidel F.C.I., takže šlo spíše jen o to otestovat, zda a jak to chrtům běhá. ;) Bri byla přihlášena do závodu, Cali jako sparing na plnění licence a Bert si měl vyzkoušet tréninkově rovinku.

Původně měla být k Bri přihlášena ještě jedna fena, tu ale nakonec majitelka pustila také jen na trénink a tak Bri běžela sama. Nelze se tedy ani moc divit, že v obou bězích, vždy když zjistila, že běží sama a nemá, koho by porazila, vzdala a vrátila se.

Cali naopak v prvním kole běžela trojběh a ve druhém dvojběh a v oba rozběhy vyhrála. Byl to však jen trénink a tak o nic nešlo.

Bert mě potěšil. Po předchozím tréninkovém honění motýlů, konečně poprvé opravdu běžel za návnadou a i když to byla jen 80m rovinka, měl jsem z něj radost. Uvidíme, co předvede dál a snad se konečně rozběhá a předvede, že je v něm něco z jeho otce!

(EN) We attended the race in Ivanka pri Nitre - Grand Prix Ivanka pri Nitre this Saturday. The race was not organized according to FCI rules, so we came just to test whether and how our dogs runs. ;) Bri was applied for race, Cali as sparring in license runs and Bert to try one straight.

It was announced that there will be another dog for a race but the owner applied after all only for training, so, Bri was the only borzoi in race. So it is not too surprising that in both runs, when she found herself running alone, has no one to beat, she stopped in the first curve, gave up and returned back.

Cali contrary, ran triplet in the first round and double in the second and she won both heats. But it was just training, so for nothing.

Bert comforted me. After previous chasing of butterflies, he really ran for the bait for the first time even though it was just 80m straight, I had the pleasure of it. Let's see what he will show in the future and hopefully he will prove that there is something of his father in him!
